Japanese Gardens of Imagination
A Project in the Poznań Zoo
Project Description
“Japanese Gardens of Imagination” is a conceptual thematic space aimed at combining the art of Japanese gardening with the educational and ecological mission of the Poznań Zoo. The project is designed to inspire visitors to reflect on the relationship between humans and nature, while also offering unique aesthetic and cultural experiences.
Project Goals
The main goals of the “Japanese Gardens of Imagination” are to:
- create a place for contemplation and relaxation in a natural setting;
- promote knowledge about Japanese garden philosophy and its connections with ecology;
- enhance the educational offerings of the Zoo with new forms of interaction with nature;
